UniKL DataCenter Shutdown Plan on :

17 February 2017, 9.00PM – 18 February 2017, 1.00AM

Dear Valued Staff and Students,

Kindly be informed that all UniKL On-Line system will be unavailable due to urgent major maintenance works by Infrastructure & Facilities Maintenance Division (IFMD)  on UniKL Main Power Supply Systems at UniKL City Campus. This maintenance works will disable all power supply for the whole City Campus building including UniKL DataCenter.

As result to this maintenance works, UniKL DataCenter will undergone proper shutdown plan. The following are the details;

Start Date/Time            : Friday, 17 February 2017, 9.00PM

End Date/Time              : Saturday, 18 February 2017, 1.00AM

Duration                         : estimated 4 Hours

                                             (Note: We’ll try our best to shorten the duration)

Purpose                          : DataCenter Shutdown due to power supply outage at City   

                                           Campus building

Impact to Users:

The following services/systems will not be accessible during the above period;

1.            Staff and Student Portal

2.            ECITIE Academic

3.            ECITIE Finance

4.            ECITIE HR

5.            UniKL Library System

6.            E-Learning System (LMS/VLE)

7.            Online Admission

8.            UniKL Website

However the following services will still be available;

1.            Internet Access at all campuses except for MIIT and Chancellery

2.            Official UniKL Corporate E-MAIL

3.            Microsoft Office Online (Office365)
