Course Description
This two-week interactive course introduces learners to the core techniques of effective patient communication.
It emphasises questioning strategies, active listening, empathy, summarising, and the use of verbal and non-verbal cues.
Learners will explore why these skills are fundamental to positive health outcomes and will practise applying them through
realistic videos, discussion forums, and reflective exercises. By the end of the course, participants will confidently integrate
basic communication techniques into everyday clinical encounters.
