This
subject provides the student with the rationale for providing an occupationally
safe and healthy work environment for employees. They will be introduced to one
of the most important aspect in OSH which is Hazard Identification, Risk
Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC). This will help students to learn on the
strategies to deal with OSH issues in the workplace.
